received a gift card for One Potato meal service and I was greatly disappointed with the overall service. I have used others before, but this one has been the worst experience overall. When I used the gift card, I could set up my preferences and schedule once, but once it’s done you don’t get a confirmation email or a log in option to later make modifications. I tried to contact customer service about 7 times before my meal was originally scheduled to be delivered to try to make changes to the delivery schedule or select meals but only received one reply by someone who said they would call me by phone to select my meal preferences, except they never did. Over the course of 15-20 emails and several months I tried to make changes, select meals, but very slow or non existent responses. Eventually I was able to make one selection for meals on only one week that was successful. I found that the meal selection options for my meal preferences (gluten free) were very limited so I would not recommend doing a weekly service if you like variety. I did enjoy that cookie dough was included in the meal. I don’t know how the experience is different as a regular member. It I would recommend buy a gift card for anyone.

+ PROS: Gluten free cookie dough
    - CONS: Poor customer service, poor gift card experience, limited meal options, low variety
