Smoothie packs are delivered frozen, ensuring produce remains at the peak of freshness until blended. We found that the total cook time was around 30-45 minutes with the prep taking 10-20 minutes and the cooking time taking 20-25 minutes. However, HelloFresh also offers quick & easy recipes that take no longer than 20 minutes.
