Fuud

Update: Fuud no longer operates as a meal kit delivery service, instead, it can now be found in local grocery stores in Vancouver. Fuud is a Vancouver based meal kit delivery service. They focus on local organic ingredients from the Fraser Valley and in-season recipes. They also use organic meat whenever possible. Unlike most kits, their ingredients don't come pre-chopped. Although this adds more time to the cooking process, they feel it leads to fresher flavour and a more authentic cooking experience. Each week, they offer nine different recipes, including omnivore, vegetarian and gluten-free meals.

You can’t help but wonder if this is an indicator that the quality of the service/ingredients/recipes is lower as well. Does one of Canada’s most affordable meal kit companies come with drawbacks that devalue its service?
